COST
Did you know? The cost of ordering a vehicle or buying one from the showroom is the same! By ordering the vehicle you want, you can truly make it yours! Plus, you'll be able to take advantage of available incentives at the time of ordering, or wait until your vehicle is delivered and use the incentives available at that time.



CUSTOMIZATION
Who doesn't like ordering exactly what they want! When you order your new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram, you can choose the exact options, color, drivetrain, etc. that you want! Our sales team will guide you through the entire process from start to finish. 



TIMEFRAME
Once your order is finalized and placed, you can expect your vehicle to be delivered in 60-90 days.*




STATUS
Your dedicated sales rep will keep you in the loop on the progress of your customized vehicle. When they get a definite delivery date, they'll work with you to schedule a time to go pick up your new ride!

Frequently Asked Questions

A member of our team will be in touch to review options to help get you in your dream car.  Those may include:
  • Showing you vehicles available on our lot that match your needs
  • Reviewing incoming vehicles with you
  • Helping you start a custom order
Upcoming vehicles are vehicles that have not yet arrived on our lot.  This includes the following:
  • In-production vehicles - those scheduled for production or currently in production at the factory
  • In-transit vehicles - those that have left the factory are on their way to our dealership
Each purchasing option varies. Finding a vehicle in our network of partner dealers or awaiting the delivery of an in-transit or in-production vehicle can take days to a few weeks. Custom building a vehicle can take six to twelve weeks depending on your order.
After your vehicle is reserved, we will provide you with regular updates and an estimated delivery date.
No. "Find it for me" and custom build requests are available free of charge.
Financing and lease are available for all vehicles no matter how they are ordered. Keep in mind that finance and lease rates are determined by the date of the vehicle delivery, not the time of placing the order.
Lease extensions are often available until the time your vehicle is delivered. Please contact us if your lease is expiring soon.
